You always hear the saying, 'live like there's no tomorrow' & probably think to yourself, who does that? Like, really? ......well, maybe we don't do exactly that everyday, nor do I see it as being a realistic goal, but it is important to remind the people whom you love how much you care about them and could not live without them. To not ever let a single day of your life go unnoticed with it's beauty and blessings is a good habit to begin.
Making mistakes is part of growing up and learning. We get more intelligent everyday. Doing wrong when we know it's wrong is also part of life, but we must be bigger than that. When we do wrong we pray for God's forgiveness - it takes time, maybe months, maybe even years. Part of being here is learning from our mistakes and becoming the best role models we can be just like Jesus. And yes, it is possible to stop clinging to the worst of situations from the past so long as we give it time and realize we have done wrong, trusting in God all the way, and being geniunely sorry.
Besides you can only hang on to yesterday's mistakes for so long. Dwelling on the past is only okay for so long. You can not truly move on in life and enjoy it otherwise. Eventually you must find a way to do so whilst trusting in The Good Lord and giving it time.
The best of memories, however, are forever. They are forever kept deep within our souls. So deep, and always to be cherished.
